Bring Kate to your location and feel the transformative power of Vibrational Translation in person, wherever works best for you.
Kate will arrive at your US based location of choice and you’ll have 2 consecutive days to complete your sessions, 1 per day. Sessions usually last 90-120 minutes.
Pricing for this plan already includes reasonable accommodations for Kate’s roundtrip flights & transportation, as well as meals, and her hotel stay.

In short – Vibrational Translation is a process of tuning into someone’s unique vibrational signature to interpret any & all messages available about what may be causing vibrational interference in their daily lives and what can be done to support their own vibrational resonance, which leads to hearing inner wisdom and guidance more easily, which ultimately allows more joy, peace, & clarity to be experienced in life
All of the openings in Kate’s schedule for Vibrational Translation Sessions have already been booked by clients on a retainer.
Kate provides ongoing sessions for clients as long as it’s a mutally good fit. That said, she’s a huge advocate of translating one’s own inner guidance, and encourages her clients to trust themselves.
As soon as a client feels ready to release monthly sessions, and pivot into occasional sessions, more spots in Kate’s schedule will open up to the individuals and organizations on Kate’s waitlist.
Kate’s Inner Wisdom has guided her to set a specific amount of availability each week.
Since 2022, Kate has had more client requests coming in than she has room for in her schedule, and she always prioritizes referrals of her family, friends, colleagues, & clients.

No, if you’d like to work with Kate you must choose a plan to proceed. Here’s why: the Calibration Session & the Integration Session are equally essential and they layer in their offering of insight, depth, direction, and clarity.
Kate has seen from experience just how powerful this duo is, which is why she is only willing to offer her services to those who are ready & excited to commit to the full transformative process.
If you’re simply needing to breakup your plan payment into installments, we can certainly accommodate that request.
All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns for Online Sessions and there are no refunds.
RESCHEDULING & NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICIES FOR ONLINE SESSIONS.
48 hours notice required if You need to change the time of appointment and if You provide less than 48 hours notice then the below fees will apply:
If Client requests to reschedule their Session with 48 hours notice, there will be no rescheduling fees.
If Client requests to reschedule their Session with 24-47 hours notice, there will be a rescheduling fee of US $50 due prior to the start of Client’s rescheduled Session.
If Client requests to reschedule their Session with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a rescheduling fee of US $100 due prior to the start of Your rescheduled Session.
If Client is 15 minutes late for scheduled Session time, and is unable to be reached during that time, the Session will be canceled and the Client will need to pay a no-show fee of $100 due prior to the start of Your rescheduled Session.
Company will make a reasonable effort to reschedule Sessions in a reasonable time frame.
RESCHEDULING & NO-CALL/NO-SHOW POLICIES FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS.
Changing the Start Time of Session(s): Company Requires 48 hours notice if Client needs to change the Session start time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, Client will be billed US$150 per hour of change. For example purposes only: If Client’s Session is scheduled for 5pm and that morning Client changes the start time to 3pm – Client will be billed a total of US$300 for the last minute schedule change.
Changing the Date(s) of Sessions(s): If Company has already paid for flights to attend Client’s Sessions(s) when receiving Client’s date change request, Client will be billed an additional US$1,500 to reschedule. Company will make a reasonable effort to reschedule Sessions in a reasonable time frame. If Company has not yet paid for flights or other travel accommodations related to Client’s in-person Sessions, there will be no rescheduling fee.
Cancellation and Refund: Client has 48 hours from the start of this Agreement to submit formal notice of cancellation with subsequent refund request in order to receive a full refund, otherwise no refunds are given.
Session Timing. Both parties agree to start Sessions on time and promptly communicate any delays. If Client is more than 90 minutes late for scheduled Session time, and is unable to be reached during that time, the Session will be canceled and the Client will forfeit the full US$11,890 in-person Session package rate or the full US$5,989 in-person additional Session rate.
Company will make a reasonable effort to reschedule Sessions in a reasonable time frame.
